DOM PÉRIGNON VINTAGE

Dom Pérignon Vintage 2010 was a bold wager, that has been won thanks to inspiration and to the mastery that comes from experience. The summer of 2010 suddenly became a challenge due to two days of diluvian rain. Rising to this unprecedented challenge, inspired mastery and precise decisions resulted in a balance that is at the same time vigorous and graceful. The luminous sweetness of tropical fruit – green mango, melon, pineapple – instantly shines. It then cedes to more temperate notes, the tingle of orange zest, the mist of a mandarin orange. The wine breathes, revealing its freshness. The bloom after the rain. A tactile sensation of peony, jasmine and lilac. The wine immediately imposes its ample presence, full and massive. A sappy sensation dominates as the tactile is rapidly overtaken by the aromatic. The body unfolds : generous, firm and controlled. Then it contracts, letting the wine vibrate with spices and pepper. The energy is sustained to a scintillating, saline finish.

DOM PÉRIGNON ROSÉ

The bouquet is mesmerising, ripe, and complex. The opening notes are a blend of dark spices and cocoa which develop very quickly into fruit aromas.
With roasted fig and apricot and candied orange, fruit reigns supreme. The overall effect exudes smoky accents.
The fullness of this wine is immediately striking. Its intensity and succulence set the tone through the sweetness and bite of the flavours.
The silky mouthfeel melts into a smooth, tight, and grainy structure with just a hint of vegetable flavours. This wine expresses an appealing marine and saline character.

DOM PÉRIGNON PLÉNITUDE 2

This is a physical wine. It calls to you and draws you in, more tactile and vibrant than aromatic. Like a wave, it is built on rhythm and breaks: first it unfolds, then envelops – generous and structured – before withdrawing into a deep, dark verticality that slowly stretches towards a bitter, sapid iodine sensation.
